That’s Sundae. A really long sausage, filled with noodles and beef blood. Better tasting than looking. But I can only handle about an inch or two of it, as it is very rich.

Also in the plastic but barely visible is beef liver. I’ve seen it in half a dozen different iterations at the market. I’ve never known if liver is good for you or bad for you, but I think that it’s a real staple for Korea’s poor.
